Dahlin: what's behind the frustration

Dahlin, who has been cool as cucumber early in his career, has started to show a little more frustration in games and in practice. What's up? My guess would be that, like Jack early in his career, he's frustrated he can't yet do at the NHL level what he could do in his last league. Jack bore down and got there, and Rasmus will have to as well.

At the recent game in Washington, I was directly behind the bench.  After he made a particularly bad play on a critical late goal, he smashed his stick against the boards as he came to the bench.  That's either a sign that he's disappointed in himself but knows what he must fix, or he'll be in a funk when he errs, which could affect his head/confidence for awhile.  Hopefully, it's the former.  Next season, much of it will likely come together as he'll be fresh, seasoned, and determined.
