I like bags of pucks just as much if they give the young man another chance with another team. dudacek Posted November 12, 2018 Report Share Posted November 12, 2018 I see this as a pure give a vet a chance to play move. Fedun may have even requested it after playing just 9 of 14 games. He was behind Redmond, Pilut, Borgen and Guhle and battling with Daugherty, Hickey, Tennyson and MacWilliam for ice time. You just can’t have three guys sitting out regularly. It was great chance for Taylor to play every night and it was an opportunity to free up a spot for one of our younger players,” Sexton said. The Amerks now have nine defensemen on the roster. Ten wasn’t too many. “You can never have too many defensemen,” Sexton said. He's playing in the NHL where he would not be if he wasn't traded. Word gets around the league when players are treated well by management.
