CGorman
Overall I'm pretty impressed, especially with Nylander, Asplund, and Smith. Guhle and Mittelstadt should be in Rochester to start the season, and that is not a bad thing. Remember, development is a fluid process with lots of ups and downs. The announcers are annoying as all hell. I put them on mute after they raved about the "composure" during the most elementary of zone exits between Sandin and Liljegren. I'm expecting a solid 2 minute conversation about how well Tavares ties his skates in the second.

DarthEbriate
At least until Tavares has to pay more attention because Lord Casey is on the ice. ... about three or four seasons.
Thorny
Good pull away speed from Alex!
Randall Flagg
Awesome stuff from Nylander against Tavares.
Thorny
Lol Nylander left Tavares in the dust with ease.
Sabel79
Nylander needs to deposit that. Did all the work for no reward...
Randall Flagg
Is Kadri f*cking dumb? Why would he get a penalty shot there?

SwampD
He's pretty understated, but Pilut makes the right play more often than not..
Thorny
So the adjusted score would be what, 6-2 Sabres?

Thorny
Thompson must legitimately have a top 3 shot on the team already after Eichel and (probaby?) Skinner.
Randall Flagg
Nylander driving on that rush is what gave Tage the room to do that too. More generally, our transition game is so much better than it has been in the past. When your organization commits to working on it, as Phil started in training camp last year (lamenting how a bunch of the guys couldn't complete simple 5 foot passes) it eventually pays off. ...
Love the ref cam. Other stand outs, Smith and Pilut.
LGR4GM
I was skeptical of Thompson... I was wrong. Mother of God that goal was beautiful.

Randall Flagg
Are we going to get a peeper at any point, ya goofs in stripes?
Thorny
Pilut should be in the top 6.
Sabel79
Nice stop by Ullmark on Tavares. I can't really get a read on how responsible he is for the four goals, though. I want to say not very...
Thorny
Mittelstadt is going to be our Marchand. Less of a rat, though.
