Skinner is top 6 and the theory was Sheary would be also. However, Jbot also acquired Sobotka in the ROR trade, re-signed Wilson, plus holdovers ERod (one of the best Sabres 5 on 5 last season), and utility men (and 2/3 of the DR holdovers) Girgensons and Larsson. In addition you have emerging talent Nylander, NA newcomer and SHL goal leader Olofsson and Amerks ROY CJ Smith all pushing up from below. Even without Sheary, that is 8 guys fighting for 3 maybe 4 NHL roster spots. With Sheary, now those guys are fighting for 2 slots. Personally, I think Erod benefits the most. This is his opportunity to prove that he can build on last year's excellent 48 game run. If Wowie (CPH) puts him with Mittelstud or Eichel, I think he'll flourish, but I suspect, CPH has him penciled in with Berglund and Sobotka as the 4th line center. I have one name Miller When my wife adopted it they had it named after a sparkly vampire from one of the worst movie series to have be created.
