Maybe Nylander will play better in the NHL than he does in the AHL, which in a different lifetime, seemed to me to be how Pomminstein was. The first time I heard it was Rob Ray, then Andrew Peters so I figured it was a weird Canadian thing but to hear people around hear using it blows my mind. Botterill's strategy is definitely to leave these guys in Rochester if at all possible, particularly the forwards. We don't have a single healthy scratch forward on the roster right now. Beaulieu and Hunwick scratched on D (for a 22 man roster rather than 23), then Pominville, Nelson, and Wilson on IR. I stumbled upon it while scrolling through the guide. I honestly thought they were wearing ugly Christmas sweaters ? The color schemes are wayyyy too similar. This is brutal to watch.
