I get annoyed seeing mostly grocery shopping carts taken off the premises and then abandoned far away from the store. If you are going to take the carts off the premises, then you should have the decency to bring the carts back. Those carts are expensive and result in costs going up for the establishment and price increases for the customers. Because of the cost factor associated from lost carts, the Aldi food chain requires customers to essentially rent a cart for 25 cents and then get your money back when the cart is returned.

Man, alots happened……

Work site closes tomorrow.  Gonna be more than a few tears shed in the office tomorrow. Alot of folks filing for unemployment benefits Monday morning.

Exactly 2 weeks ago Dad went into the hospital for a “routine” procedure.  Turns out routine was overly optimistic.  He’s still in the hospital.  Spent quite a few days in ICU and on a ventilator.  Seems to be on the mend now….

In spite of tomorrow’s tears, I’ll have a good employment post for the happy Friday thread.

I have to dodge people making illegal u-turns as I turn right out of the entrance of my neighborhood.  Today's guy pulled up along side me at my next turn and stopped to flip me off.  There's a no u-turn sign directly below the turn arrow light at that intersection.  It's impossible to miss, yet people don't care and on top of that, think they have the right of way.
