  8. The Buffalo Sabres will play their final road game of the season tonight in Boston. Faceoff is at 7 p.m. on MSG and WGR 550. Pregame coverage on MSG starts at 6:30. Dan Dunleavy and Rob Ray have the call. And tomorrow night, the season wraps up with a home game against the Chicago Blackhawks. Okposo did not practice with the Sabres on Wednesday but will travel with the team for their game in Boston on Thursday night. The Sabres conclude the season the following night at home against Chicago. Okposo sustained an injury during practice on Monday. "I haven't ruled anything out," he said. "So, I'm just going to kind of see how it is when I wake up tomorrow and go from there." Craig Anderson participated in practice for the first time since leaving the team's session due to an injury last Friday. He did not dress for the Sabres' win over the New York Islanders on Saturday. Sabres coach Don Granato said he expects Anderson to play in the season finale against the Blackhawks - hopefully with Okposo in the lineup as well.
  9. No ESPN+ exclusive or NHL Network weirdness tonight, just a normal MSG game. Would it be too presumptuous to call this a "trap game" with the Devils? I could see where the Sabres might look past this Hughes-less squad, but they beat VGK on Monday largely on the merits of a 42-save performance by Andrew Hammond in goal. Hopefully a good Power surge will be enough to overcome the Devils. GO SABRES
  10. First of a back to back with the flyers. Dahlin potentially a 50 pt player with a good weekend (this would equal Cam Atkinson's total point who is the flyers leader). I am expecting Power's first goal this weekend. Best mate is Flyers fan, so we need 2 wins starting with tonight's game. Boo Flyers, Yay Sabres.
  11. Looks like we'll get to see it! Just looked at the ESPN+ app and the time says 6:30. Pretty cool. Fingers crossed. Some stuff to watch to get you excited. https://www.nhl.com/sabres/news/buffalo-sabres-rick-jeanneret-rj-banner-raising-ceremony-night-retirement-april-1-2022-announcement-night/c-329567788 GO SABRES!!!! GO RJ!!!!
  12. Seems like there is another one tonight. The Sabres didn't have their 'A' game last night and managed a tie against the Rangers. They should beat these guys. MUST WIN!! GO SABRES!!
  13. The Caps are still formidable, but they're getting long in the tooth. They won't know will hit them tonight at KBC Mash Washington!
  14. The pride of Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia pays a visit. Lets make it miserable for him and all the Penguins. MUST WIN!! GO SABRES!!

  16. You may dispense with the pleasantries, 'Spacers. 8 AM on the west coast and no game day thread? I'm here to put you back on schedule.
  17. What, no GDT? This is one we should win but Montreal was been playing better lately so.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Look for Mitts to break though, lifting the Sabres to victory.
  18. Today is the first day of the rest of the season! We should be able to beat up on these politicians.
