    That does seem to be the trend for the last 10 years.  Is it sad that I would still sign up for that?  ***** being 3 draft slots higher.  Play like you care.  I love the Sabres and so sick of booing them / looking forward to non-game nights knowing they can’t disappoint and piss me off.

    I just want an entertaining game at this point.  My expectations of playoffs are gone.  Can we just have as little fun watching the team downtown once in awhile?  Just acting like they care will be a huge improvement.

    The expectations for this season can’t change. That would be the worst precedent of all to set. It was about winning. Get as many as you can over the final 50. That can’t change. It must not change: the soul of the franchise depends on it

    Yep.  It was an unbelievably frustrating offseason watching GMKA reluctance to do much of anything.  All of these issues looked obvious to most fans yet KA basically sat on his hands.  Frankly, I’m surprised KA isn’t taking more heat right now.  This years failure is more on him than anyone else.

    Skinner puts up the points for sure.  This team gets killed because of their team defense on most nights.  Benson sure looks to have a much better 200 foot game imo.

    To be honest I would like to see this.  I would like to get the sense that they actually do care.  The way he has his team coming out to start hockey games, particularly when they've had such a rough stretch, seriously has me wondering if he does care or what the hell is going on here.

    Another infuriating thing I noticed was coming out of the tv timeout in the third period, half a period left and I think Sabres were still down 4-1.  It’s an offensive zone face off and meatballs had the fourth line out for the o zone face off.  It’s as disappointing as it is shocking with his decisions sometimes.  
     

    I go to the arena not entertained more than I am.  I think I’m ready to see if the grass is greener on the other side.
