I can't recall a time when a player was issued a yellow card for the equivalent of smashing a kick. Maybe kicking the ball back into the net after they are scored against? Just not the same without an implement (stick, club, racquet or bat) to attempt to break.
I play indoor soccer and got blue carded (2-min penalty) for drop kicking the ball over the boards/off the field, haha.

Dell presents more holes than TimHorton’s and kicks out pucks like a pitching machine.
He’s allowed 14 goals on 84 shots in just 7 periods in his 3 starts. That’s a goal every 6 shots!
I mean, that sounds bad, but Hutton has allowed 15 goals on 43 shots this season, lol. I do not miss him.
