  1. I say yes. The other motive for this season is getting the prospects and younger players some experience. The Sabres can see what kind of skill they can bring to the NHL and allow them to make mistakes without caring much about overall standings.
  2. To set up perspective, I've been a fan since I was a kid, the early 80's. I had to vote yes. Never have I been so uninterested in a Sabres team because of the play on the ice and the results.
  3. I fix these fractures for a living. Sometimes they have plates and screws placed and sometimes they don't. If it is just the cheek bone (zygomatic arch), it usually isn't that invasive of surgery and is often done through the mouth. If the fracture includes the bones around the eye (ZMC fracture), its a little more invasive. Regardless, usually 6 weeks of healing is needed before contact sports should begin. Of course, a full face shield would probably get a player more quickly on the ice.
  4. I think these injuries will extend the relationship between the Sabres and Kruger. It can be used as Kruger's excuse for the team not progressing in his system.
  5. It is what it is...corporate sponsors to keep teams and the league afloat.
  6. Nat King Cole's version of "The Christmas Song"
  7. So wanted to go to his show this weekend, but thought my son's birthday party was more important. Saw Winwood open for Tom Petty at Darien Lake a fews ago and was blown away. Couldn't imagine what a full set was like! Looking forward to the summer concerts: G'N'R at New Era The Who (whats left) at CMAC U2 in Cleveland and Boston Sammy Hagar and The Circle at Casino Hopefully catch some of the multiple outdoor shows as well
  8. Totally agree. I can't fathom why Pegula and Black did not wait until at least midseason to see how team was doing before signing him to an extension.
  9. Fratelli's near Conesus Lake. http://www.fratellisavon.com/ South on 390 about 20 minutes from Henrietta. Worth the drive for the food.
