I'm from the UK, play hockey for a Welsh team. Fell in love with the Sabres in the 98 post season when it was shown on sports tv over here, I'd just started watching the Cardiff Devils over here but the NHL was clearly awesome. I sat up watching the 3ot no goal the next summer whilst playing in a summer tournament and was a mess for the Sunday but I was a fan for life (Welsh rugby fan - it seemed obvious to stick with the team that lost) Been to Buffalo almost every year since 99. Haven't been since the end of the season when Pegula took over but I'm back this October NHL or not as my brother lives in Vancouver so we're breaking the journey up into flights and trains from Toronto to see him. NHL, AHL, Major Junior, CWHL, TimBits hockey I'll watch any of it..... excited now! :w00t:
