Great game Danny! I thought for sure it'd go to the West...man did they make Marty B. look horrible. Oh well...now back to our regular programming... Game on..Friday night!

the penalties are a huge problem for the team...huge...they are exacerbated by the injuries as we have to play on the pk all the time.

Great game. Great fans on both sides - it did seem like the Sabre fans stepped up to the plate tonight - next year there will be much less of this with the expansion of the season ticket base. Miller was outstanding. Grier has a great goal...nice to see him pick up some key goals this week. Who would have thought that the Sabres could be 1 point ahead of the 'Sens after Saturday nights game...given the way they started the season against them. LET'S GO BUFFALO!

The one game of the year I get to sit and watch live on TV (versus TiVo) and the slog through the game...we were lucky enough to steal a point...glad to see the Thrashers get the win on the sens.

Ryan hasn't really been challenged...but he's been quick on a couple that got through on screens. It's a nice start.

Hasek in the nets tonight? Makes me think of his first game back in Buffalo with the Wings...we ran him from the nets that afternoon! I just hope that our boys control thier emotions...it's still 35 minutes from game time and I am totally pumped.

I thought that every goal was automatically reviewed upstairs...oh wait...the league must have changed that...the Sabres didn't get the memo. maybe I should be glad that I am stuck in a hotel in St. Petersburg, FL and can't watch the game.

and I have to say the Ray Ferraro is one of the worst color guys ever...thank god we don't have to listen to him any more this season..jeesh. I always feel a bit cheated when I can't listen to RJ on CI. Go Sabres!

good point...just imagine what the standings would look like without those games too...honestly those Sens games were so bad I want to erase them from my memory....they remind me of the old Oilers.

I feel like a little kid listening on the radio --- my grandfather would listen to the Sabre games on the radio and watch the Leaf games off the antenna (long before cable).
