Jeff Gorton is the EVP, Hockey Ops for the Habs. He's running the hockey operations dept. He's basically THE guy. The new "GM" will help manage the roster, transactions, etc., and is a more public figure, thus bilingual. But it's pretty much Gorton's team now.
