Just confirmed with a NHL head amateur scout what I was saying earlier. Both Thomas Milic and Tomas Suchanek ARE still draft eligible.

Players who go undrafted CAN be signed after a draft but it's a small window - Draft to Oct 1st + they have to invite that player to Sept camp.
