I think this is exactly what makes him 3rd pair material. If you can limit his minutes, you'll get good effort -- he kills penalties and unlike some of our folks, he does battle in front of the net. The issue lately is that Byram has brought out the worst in him. He was solid, if unspectacular, with Power earlier in the year. He's now played almost the exact amount of 5-on-5 time with Byram as he had with Power. 148:50 w/ Byram, 147:16 w/Power. Timmins-Power 7 GF / 7 GA Timmins-Bryam 7 GF / 13 GA Unfortunately, losing their best defender in Samuelsson could be a killer -- but put Byram-Dahlin back together where Dahlin can elevate him. Re-pair Power-Timmins. And do something like Novikov-Bryson for sheltered minutes/game. (I know, I know, we're likely getting the Bryson-Metsa show instead.) And... is canned by Pegula for not being heard. Pegula/Adams are a dyad in the Dark Side of the Force #####.

What the discourse between us illustrates is that the Pegula organization isn’t a normally functioning hockey operation. The question as to which position is higher than another position isn’t necessarily clearly defined. It seems that whoever is more receptive to the owner’s whims is the one he will be more inclined to listen to. A third rate owner who has created a third rate operation with unsurprisingly third rate results. It’s so frustrating and sad.

As I said in the GDT, Muel will fight him next year. BTW, a bit of irony. It was Sigenthaler who backed Muel down against retaliation on Noesom last year. Now he elbows him in the face and concusses him. Ref should have called it a 5 first, and then reviewed it. Remember back in the day with teams like the Flyers and Islanders, these player feuds went on for years.

IF KA is retained, and is still a part of Hockey Operations, he will out-rank Jarmo. If KA is promoted and moved to another functional area then you may be correct.

Our team is so bi-polar I see them winning tonight. Their puck luck bounces schedule has them as a W for tonight’s game, following the 2 steps forward 3 steps back regiment. Sabres 4 Wild 2.
