So many posts about a guy who is not on this team and never will be.
-
I would go in search for some teams doing it the right way who may want to accelerate their rebuild and trade some of their pots of gold (young players) for a proven vet. A team like ANA or SJ may do something like this. Otherwise, I agree, a proven playoff team probably won’t send you someone off their roster of equal value. I know this is spinning the wheels, but I don’t want him walking for nothing, nor do I want him to dictate where he goes.

How many people here are going to vow to only watch a period or two, but get sucked into watching the whole thing if it's close? -
Over near Ra-cha-cha a lot of those left turn arrow lanes are now going to flashing yellow when oncoming traffic has the green. Which is an ACTUAL improvement over the old switch it to red and don't let anyone turn even when they're the only car at the intersection in any direction. So now, if the coast is clear, you can enter the intersection and turn.

Don't fully get why McConkey wouldn't have been a fit for the Bills just because he was primarily a slot receiver for the Bulldogs. Andre Reed lined up pretty all the time in the slot and absolutely was Kelly's favorite weapon and got downfield. If they had McConkey and he "had" to play the slot, couldn't Shakir have lined up on the outside some? And realize the big problem is they don't have a true #1 &/or a field stretcher. But Samuel is fast and so is Moore; run them far down the sideline and force a DB to run with them. Swap them out every couple of plays to keep them fresh and wearing down the DB covering them. And if you do that, then Shakir, Kincaid, Cook, Palmer (should he ever get back in the lineup), Coleman/McConkey ALL have more space to work with.

Ruff on 'GR this morning: Zucker hasn't eaten solid food in 9 days!

What’s the recovery process like for something like that? It’s not like you hit this magic point where you can eat something and immediately down 15 burgers. -
They don’t know how to sync lights here in NC and it has created a serious problem with red light runners. There are times where I think I’m going too late on a yellow and I’ll look back in my mirror and see 2 more cars follow me. It’s a horrible combination of not syncing lights and intersections where the light goes green for around 10 seconds. They’ve created a monster out here. I had one drive home a couple months ago where I hit 19 consecutive red lights, ever single intersection on the same road. It was so comically bad that I was actually rooting for a red each time I approached the next one. I wish they never changed that ad campaign away from “real American heroes”. It fits the song so much better.

I knew that. But thought I’d ask the question, anyway. 😄

Or, even if he can hold stuff down, it's possible that his intestines aren't working properly and everything is flushing right through with little getting absorbed. We simply don't know. (And per reports, his medical team doesn't know what virus specifically is causing his issues, either.) -

Not sure why you downvoted my post but the law is called claiming the intersection. I didn’t make the law I just know what it is

Watch him have a 5 point night 😛 So you're suggesting Helenius play 2C??? -
I appreciate where you’re coming from here with regard to the Eichel trade, but I need to see how Östlund turns out before I can truly judge it. That said, only one team received a potential HOFer in the trade as it stands currently.

"Today we salute you, Mr. Block All Traffic To Make A Left Turn!" I learned about that in Buffalo, tbh.

People are morons now. Here in Texas, hardly anyone goes to driving school now; the cheapest/easiest way to get a license is to do the "parent led" training and in most cases it's just mom or dad signing off saying they did all the training but they don't actually do the training. So there's a whole cohort of drivers that don't know anything about driving.

Kosak is the better 4C and Krebs is made to be a 4th line winger playing next to him. Kozak, Krebs, and Malenstyn were wreaking havoc as the 4th line before all the injuries derailed that plan. The sooner they get back together, the better.

Thanks for finally providing some solid comments, rather than the dismissive responses I expect more detailed discussion from someone that answers with such confidence. I get the slot receiver thought on McConkey at the time of the draft. McConkey projected as a slot receiver but he also plays outside and he did so very successfully at Georgia. SD plays him at both, they want him on the field because he is making plays for them. I would not expect me or you to know these details at draft time, but I do expect Beane to know this. The year prior to drafting Coleman, Beane used a #1 pick on a TE, and this was right after he paid Knox a big contract worthy of a #1 TE. But he can't have two guys that can play slot? I understand the thought on TEs formation. As for Samuel and Palmer - so far both are looking like budget bin performers that cost us way too much money - about $20M/year combined on the cap. Both can go deep, maybe not much of a threat, but if all you are doing is clearing space for Kincaid and Shakir underneath they are fast enough to go deep. That seems to sum up the Bills passing offense. The targets go to Kincaid, Shakir and a few desperation throws to Coleman who is usually well covered. I think the biggest problem with the Bills offense right now is the output from the WRs. Is it the WR talent, the QB, the OL, coaching/execution, or the play calling? Bottom line is they have not been able to come close to replacing Diggs using either free agency, trades, or the draft and it really shows. Maybe Coleman will bloom and make me wrong about him someday, but for what we need to win now he was a risky choice.

OT - Left hand turn Etiquette in intersections
PromoTheRobot replied to inkman's topic in The Aud Club
It's how I was taught. By the way, did you know you can make a left on red if both streets are one-way? My wife didn't believe me. The light at the intersection of my development and the main drag, You don't dare go on green until the clowns running the red go through first. -
