NE looking in the rear-view mirror waving bye bye. Their organization, top down, looks like they have already passed us, and this is only Vrabel's first year, and he finally has a true talent at QB. Yes, they have an easy schedule, but they just look competent. This has never been the case with us. We have always been questioning the coaching and drafting. Bills fans are slowly going to wake up to this sooner or later. OBD has a lot of work ahead, especially this offseason, to keep this team from drifting back to irrelevancy. This is going to be a massively huge offseason. It is not just trying to beat the Chiefs anymore, that is the least of our worries, but all the cracks in the organization are coming to light and our free reign as the division Kings is over. Fundamental changes are needed.

To be fair, there is a large segment of Sabres fans that refuse to measure Owen Power on any metric other than hitting.

I think this is what we honestly all want... its just that after 14 years expecting him to actually change that radically seems a bit of a farce... but certainly if he was able to and bring in the appropriate people to run it and get results I am not sure you would have any objections from this board.

As consistent as the Autumn leaves falling to the ground, this team is enroute to their annual mid-Nov through December 10 game losing streak... or losing something like 8 of 10, 10 of 12, etc... As of this moment today, I would give them close to 0% chance to leap frog all the other teams to even sniff the 8th seed. It's already over and that's sad once again.

Pegula treats the Sabres as a tax write off.

Interesting to me, to see Dave Hakstol (two-time NHL HC, with 3 playoff seasons) as an assistant behind the Colorado bench. Hakstol did not coach last year after being fired by the Kraken. The Avalanche, coming off a one hundred point season, decided to upgrade their coaching staff. It’s not any one thing and it certainly isn’t the players in general. It’s the cumulative effect of dozens of poor decisions and choices that put the Sabres where they are. Competence is the only path out.

If you enter an intersection when the light has already turned red, then you have run the light and deserve a ticket. But if you enter it on the amber light or green light, and it turns red while you're in it, you're OK. Maybe this isn't true in all states but it's been the case wherever I've lived (nine states).

I went to college in Albany, and the drivers did that too. That was the only place I ever saw it. If you drove straight ahead and into them, you'd probably be at fault because you could see they were there, but that doesn't seem fair.

I was watching Gunsmoke, Festus was running the town while Matt is out doinking some broad named Mike. Matt has no memory cause he got hit in the head but his memory comes back later. .
