  1. Past hour
  2. Are you trying to jinx the upcoming game against the Oilers? Saying all this --- Savoie is going to score 3-1-4 in his return and every Sabres prospect scorer is going to suffer injuries that night. 😇 To appease the gods, I'll add: Savoie is a fantastic young talent and we wish him the best in his future endeavors (except against Buffalo) and McLeod fills a greater need on the current roster.
  3. I care Wednesdays are my education seminars and teaching these reprobates the fine points of setting up the Beach Chair patient positioner, is a draining endeavor; an exercise in futility, if you will 😃
  4. The bolded statement is just wrong. What exactly is this magic requirement that the Bills have, that McConkey does not do? Give me a straight answer without sarcasm. Stop over thinking this. What the Bills needed was someone that can consistently get open and catch the ball - that is what Diggs did and is exactly what McConkey does. You can disagree, but you bring nothing in term of facts. McConkey is breaking out right now and becoming the #1 WR on San Diego. Look at his weekly stats. He is turning out to be the best WR on the board when the Bills draft position came up. They had 3 shots at him and they whiffed. Coleman and the rest of the Bills WR group is not up to the standards of a Super Bowl contender and we are seeing it play out.
  5. He's not what we need. Cbj have other assets that are more interesting.
  6. Maaaan, not Tuch I get that $hit isn't looking very promising at the moment (or, for the last decade+ TBF) but trading away Mr Upstate NY really sends home the message that rebuild 3.0 is reality
  7. Just read an article on the athletic....looks like due to no practice or workouts while on blood thinners...he is out 3-6 months. Crazy bad luck Zach wheeler in baseball too
  8. Not at all. He's another oft-injured bottom six guy. His best game this season was against the Sabres (at the height of his trade rumors, trying to be noticed by his own coach or around the league) and he hasn't scored a point since. A drifter who only shows up in spurts is the furthest from what the Sabres need.
  9. Between the semaglutides AND Suboxone, add-on "emergency" cases have gotten interesting 😃
  10. You always draft the overall better player in the early rounds, then you can scheme with what that player brings. Especially for a WR. Coleman - Hey lets draft a guy that played more basketball than football, that might be good at contested catches, and then we can throw 4 low percentage passes a game at him. So far he will catch 2 of them on a season. Yeah, nice scheme. Coleman has not had given us a 50 yards in a game in 6 out of the last 7 weeks. Allen is dying with him getting all the snaps that he does.
  11. I was going to say, from the recent articles/discussions r/t Chinakov, does acquiring him effectively deliver said, intended message?
  12. Isn't ZPAK a second-line antiB for Lyme disease (primary being doxy)?
  13. You can always tell how excited we are as a fan base judging from what time the GDT’s are started. Ten am is pretty accurate. We barely care and it’s not even Thanksgiving.
  14. But, shouldn’t this be expected? He’s 17 and most 17 year-olds are still in high school.
  15. Im not a big chinakov guy. His motor doesn't rev high enough for me
  16. That's why I posted that pod. Baker and Fairburn aren't a couple of amateur hot heads. Fairburn is the Sabres beat writer for the Athletic and Baker runs the website Sabres Prospects. They are both fairly plugged in. Fairburn in particular paints a picture of Adams and Kekalainen working in tandem, not of Adams looking over his shoulder. They think a transition is in the works, perhaps mid season. I wonder if a deal for Chinakov is near? They didn't mention it specifically, but stressed how vital it is for the locker room to make a move to show they are trying to bolster the team.
  17. Today
  18. I tried to tell ppl last month that Jarmo was in Buffalo but it got no traction. It's pretty clear to me Jarmo being interviewed for gm and is here so Pegula gets to know him and is comfortable. I have this hope Adams has the capacity to recognize he can't do it and will be moved to advisor to the owner role.
  19. Did anyone listen to the podcast I linked? It discussed Kev stepping down (or up?) to allow Jarmo to be GM and take over deal making. Also they say Jarmo has been in Buffalo daily, in the building and at practices, not living in Columbus full time as we believe he is.
  20. His glass collection ?
  21. He can be sent to the AHL without having to go through waivers. Kevyn Adams gets rock hard when he does it as he thinks it makes him look smart.
  22. Well Kevyn certainly is special, innit? Seriously though, this is going on too long to be a random variation. Yeah, that’s not very typical, I’d like to make that point.
  23. GMKA extension will become reality due to the injury excuse…..there is no hope for this team’s future.
  24. Caleb Malhotra is a guy to keep an eye in the 2nd round. Reminds me a bit of Helenius but not as good.
