‘Warsofsky is moving back into the NHL after a successful season coaching in the ECHL. The 36-year-old served as head coach and director of hockey operations for the South Carolina Stingrays during the 2025-26 season. He guided the team to a 45-23-1-3 record and reached the second round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs. That performance helped Warsofsky make a quick jump. He joined South Carolina as a special advisor in 2024-25 before being promoted to head coach the following season. One year behind the bench was enough to earn an opportunity with Buffalo.’
