‘Buffalo will also get the chance to play some of their rivals from the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Sabres will face each Atlantic Division the Bruins and Canadiens four times during the NHL’s 84-game schedule. Buffalo opens its season series against Montreal on the road with games Oct. 13 and Oct. 17 before hosting the Canadiens on Dec. 18 and Jan. 18. The Sabres will also renew their rivalry with Boston in January before wrapping up the four-game series with home contests on April 1 and April 7.’
