Sabres buck losing skid, beat Capitals 3-2 in shootout

Source: WGR-AM

‘It turned into a marathon, but the Sabres emerged victorious in seven rounds in the shootout. Rasmus Dahlin scored the first goal in the fourth round, but it was quickly matched by Washington’s Evgeny Kuznetsov. Later on, Dominik Kahun beat Holtby in the seventh round. In the back half of the frame, Ullmark stopped the Capitals’ Richard Panik to end things inside KeyBank Center; 3-2 advantage Sabres. The win stopped a six-game losing skid.’
