Beaulieu: 'I know I'm a top-four defenseman in this league'

Source: WGR-AM

‘“I like to get up the ice,” Beaulieu said. “I skate pretty well and you know I’m an offensive minded guy, but I know in this league you have to take care of your own zone first. I feel like the type of hockey Buffalo is trying to play now is more instinctive and getting up in the play and pushing the pace. You look at the teams that went far in the playoffs, their defense were so mobile and were such a huge part of their success. So I feel like everything is being pushed in the right direction and I’m just so fortunate to be a part of it.”’
