‘Erie County assistant district attorney Lynette Reda on Friday submitted a deposition from a Buffalo police officer stating the bar had security staffing its entrance and exit the night Kane was arrested. In handing over the deposition to Judge Barbara Johnson-Lee, Reda said it supported the evidence of trespassing.’
