‘There was a lot of tough drills that I haven’t done before. It was a lot of fun. You’ve just gotta be strong conditioning wise and both with speed and endurance and you have both backcheck and forecheck and have 30-40 second shifts, so it’s gonna take a lot and just trying to improve out there.’
