Christian Ehrhoff says he wants to stay with rebuilding Sabres after tough season
‘“I signed a long-term commitment with the team,” Ehrhoff said last week as the Sabres cleaned out their lockers inside the First Niagara Center. “As long as they want me to be here, I’m going to do my best for the team.”‘
Why are the Sabres admired?
‘So this is the talent the rest of the NHL can’t believe the Sabres have stockpiled. Many rank the Sabres number one with the prospects they have and they have so many more high picks to come. We live in a society of immediate gratification and in this case, you’re just not going to get it. Next season is going to be another tough one to swallow, but the cupboard is not bare. I think once the Sabres get out of this mess, we will have many playoff series to talk about for years to come.’
