‘As far as what he did Miller said, “I revisited some things I’ve done in the past, I had an evolution with my training regiment. A lot of things working with my trainer in Michigan and in Los Angeles , we paid special attention to how I was feeling and not just lets grind through the routine just to get through it, it was ‘how are you feeling, is everything working in sequence, hips, knees, ankles, lower back, core, does everything move right’. We spent 2.5 months just getting that right. Then a month of building strength and then right back to on ice.”‘
