Predators stun Sabres 4-3 in OT

Source: WGR-AM

‘All I have to say is wow. The Sabres had played so well defensively for nearly the whole second half of the game, but Sekera’s blunder that resulted in a goal cued the snowball effect. One thing after another began to unravel for Buffalo, and the Blake Geoffrion show took over late. With the goaltender pulled Geoffrion was able to get a point shot through and tie the score. In OT, where was Sekera to cover the open forward in front of the net? At this point of the season all points are big points, and ther Sabres let a HUGE point slip away tonight.’
