“The objective is to have a deal done, and hopefully it’s a multi-year deal,” general manager Darcy Regier said Wednesday afternoon inside Dwyer Arena, where the Sabres are holding their annual summer development camp. “But the objective is to get a deal done in advance of (the arbitration date).
