Thomas Golisano, Buffalo Sabres owner and founder of Paychex Corp., said Tuesday afternoon he is going to be a vocal and visible opponent to plans by the Seneca Nation of Indians to construct a 100,000-square-foot casino just a few blocks away from HSBC Arena. Golisano said the region is overbuilt with gaming venues and that casinos do little except put a heavy drain on already fiscally-fragile public sector budgets.'
