'Martin Biron stopped 23 of 24 shots to lead the Buffalo Sabres to a 2-1 win over the Florida Panthers Saturday night in front of 18,504 at the Office Depot Center. Vaclav Nedorost cut a 2-0 Buffalo lead in half early in the second period, but Biron was sharp in a game that saw a combined 17 power plays between the two teams. Buffalo scored once on its nine advantages and Derek Roy's game-winning goal came just two seconds after Florida killed a penalty.'
