'The real problem is that we have a Governor, County Executives, Mayors, legislators, councilmembers, and various other politicos walking around with the power to dispense massive amounts of public dollars to whomever they favor. They make politically driven deals and taxpayers are the last to discover what favored interests their dollars are supporting. What is worse is that the Hamisters of the world, if they feel they’ve grabbed an inside track, budget those public dollars into their thinking.'
