'This fall, the organization will launch the Buffalo Sabres-Oxygen Icebreakers Program to encourage the growth of girls hockey in Western New York. "This is the first organized program that any NHL team has done with girls hockey," said John Cimperman, Sabres executive vice president for integrated marketing. "What we want to do is basically throw gasoline on what we see as a small fire in women's hockey. We want to really get behind it and support it."'
