Golisano Close to Deal for Buffalo Sabres-Source

'The proposed offer is expected to be filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Buffalo within the next two or three business days, the source said. The sale of the team then would be open to alternative bids higher than Golisano's offer.'
