Sabres call up rookie Kotalik

'The Buffalo Sabres called up wing Ales Kotalik from the minor league Rochester Americans. Kotalik, who has never played an NHL game, leads Rochester with six goals in 13 games. He had 48 points in 52 games in the Czech league last season.'
